Kings Canyon Beauty

My husband and I had a camper trailer and in 2019 we visited Kings Canyon and Sequoia Nat'l parks.  I took a photo of this amazing spot on the highway in Kings Canyon.  Kings Canyon is a wonderful under traveled park in California.  I highly recommend seeing it.  During the Pandemic I painted this painting.  It was then 2021.  Even though this looks a little Harry Potter like it does in fact exist.  Painting it gave me much joy and many memories of the trip. Incidentally that was the last trip in our travel trailer, we bought a MB Sprinter van later that year.  I was very happy with the way I captured the distance between the mountains as well as the light on the background and the shade in the foreground.  Thanks for being interested.
